• 500 gallon surge tank constructed of 3/16” steel plate with 3” inlet system complete with butterfly valve, actuator and
  solenoid with air mufflers for a more controlled close rate
• Float type switch to keep surge tank full.
• 500 gallon batcher constructed of 3/16” steel plate with 4” inlet valve and 6” discharge valve complete with
  actuators and solenoids.
• 6” discharge hose nipple, ½” vacuum line and roof mounted air vent.
• (3) “S” type load cell scale system includes mounting hardware and summing box.
• Batcher and surge tank are located on one heavy duty modular frame.
