Twin Shaft Mixer

The Liebherr Mixing Technology twin-shaft mixers are ideal for high discharge outputs of premixed concrete.

They are available in sizes from 2.25 to 4.5 cubic-meters and are available with one or two electric motors.

Depending on the Mixer chosen, this twin shaft mixer can process stone with material sizes up to 180mm with no problem.

The synchronized gear drives are mounted directly onto the shafts, saving space, and provide long, reliable operation.

The robust twin mixing shafts are counter-rotating, made from high wear-resistant material, and designed to provide maximum wear capacity.

The hydraulic mixer gate opens to a wide angle reducing discharge time.

Wear rate, particularly at critical points, is significantly reduced due to the special corrugated pattern of wear tiles used that minimizes the risk of trapped stones and wash-out of the joint lines between them.

The compact design is an advantage for mobile concrete plants and as construction-site mixers.
