Air System Features:

  • weather tight NEMA enclosure for all solenoids. All solenoids are plumbed in and exhaust lines routed out and equipped with a “Quick” cut off valve to allow isolation of air to each individual valve for easy changeout.
  • air system comes with 3/4” oversized air filter, regulator and lubricator.
  • Wiring from solenoid valves to a NEMA 4 enclosed power panel located on the silo frame - factory installed. Most wiring is conduit. All equipment is wired and tested prior to shipment.
  • All Sections are self-contained units, upper and lower storage bins, weigh bins, and lower legs with cross bracing.  Each unit includes its own preassembled air system, wiring and piping.
  • Available as an Independent Concrete Batch Plant, Independent Cement Silo, or as a combination
