	Size Range: The Tomahawk Series Silos are available as single compartment, dual compartment or triple compartment. They are offered in three sizes, 1500 BBL/258 Tons, 1600 BBL/275 Tons and 2000 BBL/315 Tons. *Note:* Ton capacities are figured @ 74 lbs. per cu. ft. unless otherwise specified.

Tomahawk Series Silo Frame and Storage:

Independent supports designed of heavy-duty tubular steel and wide flange beam.
Upper storage sections are of welded construction with bolt together field construction for easy erection.
Full safety handrails, toe boards, and caged safety ladder from base plate.
Silo as single compartment or split into equal compartments having a pressure testeddouble wall air gap between compartments to ensure no cross contamination.
Pressure relief valve are provided in each compartment.
Inspection manholes, in each compartment.
4” pneumatic fill line with 4” cam lock fittings and caps in each compartment.
0 degree cone for improved material flow with complete aeration distribution system, externally mounted for easy maintenance.
10” butterfly discharge valve with actuator and solenoid in each compartment.
Emergency/maintenance slide gate above each discharge valve.

Air Specifications:

Weather tight NEMA enclosure for all air solenoids. Solenoids are also plumbed in and exhaust routed out and equipped with a “Quick” cut off valve to allow customer to isolate and cut air off to each individual valve for easy change out.
Air system provided with ¾” air line filter, regulator and lubricator.

Electrical Specifications:

All electrical wiring is in conduit to a NEMA 4 enclosed power panel located on the silo frame.
All equipment is wired and tested prior to shipment.
