- A fully lined impact feed box takes the impact and shock load of fed material and distributes the material over the full width of the screen to provide maximum capacity and uniform screen wear.
- A vertical riser around the feed box is also a standard feature to help dissipate surge loads.
- The Universal ScreenMaster offers greater screening area on each deck because they are built 4” wider than some competitive models. This additional clear screening area gives you 10% to 20% more usable screen, resulting in more production and more profit.
- The exclusive suspension pioneered by Universal, provides a unique non-linear cushioning effect that helps to isolate all framing and support structures from damaging effects of vibration.
- The phasing arms provide positive aligned control of the screen action. These rugged, tubular steel assemblies are yoked through the frame to pivot at the bottom and provide a flexible connection between the screen basket and the frame.
- The Universal ScreenMaster is available with two or three desks and is available in a variety of sizes to fit every installation, whether portable or stationary.

 The Universal Horizontal UniScreen standard design features a deep channel framing and heavy plate construction with optional knockout plates, a fully lined impact feed box which provides maximum capacity and uniform screen wear. This also features heavy hold-down bars along each side of the screen basket, removable decks to permit easy screen wire replacements, two extra heavy high alloy steel counterweight shafts. The unique oscillating mount suspension system with elastomeric elements designed to transmit oscillations of the UniScreen while dampening vibration, shock and noise.

The Spyder 516T is a patented aggregate screening plant designed to screen rock, soils, sand & gravel and c & d materials producing three different sizes of product simultaneously. The 612W Trommel is a self-contained, diesel-powered, portable screening plant designed to separate topsoil, compost and green waste type products. It features a direct open feed hopper with a large 6' x 12' trommel drum creating 160 square feet of screening area. The pile heights created by the side discharge conveyor and oversize conveyor will give the operator hours of uninterrupted processing time.
