Rhino Hyde® products are manufactured of tough, resilient elastomeric urethanes specifically designed for use in applications requiring abrasion resistance.

Bolt in place Chute and Hopper Liners
|

Rhino Hyde® polyurethane bolt in-place liners are designed to be fastened in place by bolting in your chute or hopper. Rhino Hyde® bolt in-place liners offer:
- Ease of installation
- Abrasion and corrosion resistant protection for your substrate
- Eliminates sticking problems in most applications
- Produced in modular shapes or standard sizes
- Available from 1/2" to 4" thick
Rhino Hyde® bolt in-place liners are fastened in place by bolting to your substrate. Rhino Hyde® liners are utilized throughout the concrete industry to provide long lasting protection for steel substrates. This liner construction is available in the following installation methods;
- Bolted through individually located plates in the urethane that are strategically placed throughout the liner
- Attached utilizing studs protruding out the back side of the liner
- Solid or expanded metal backing with pre-placed holes or can be site drilled
- Bolt in-place liners can be molded to modular shapes or purchased in sheets up to 5' X 10' (dependent on weight) that can be field cut to size.
Rhino Hyde® bolt in-place liners are recommended for transition hoppers, discharge chutes, feed boxes, trough linings and virtually any area steel wear or noise is a problem.

| Weldable Chute and Hopper Liners |
Rhino Hyde® polyurethane weldable liners are designed to be fastened in place by welding, no drilling holes in your chute or liner are required. Rhino Hyde® weldable liners offer:

| Truck Charge Hopper & Discharge Chute Liner |

Mixing concrete is a difficult process, and is especially taxing on your mixing equipment. In recent years, the value of lining equipment has become readily apparent; however, if you're not using the proper lining materials, lining your equipment can cause excessively long shut-downs. At Rhino Hyde®, we know this, and for that reason, we have developed our High Mount Truck Hopper Liners and Truck Discharge Chute Liners.
The Bolt-In liners and Main Chute liners have a fabric-backing. These liners are installed by applying caulking along the back-side perimeter of the liner and then securing with bolts & nuts every 10"-12" along the perimeter.
Rhino Hyde® urethane liners resist sticking and build-up inherent with rubber and steel type liners, provide easier cleanup, and wear longer than steel.
