The Liebherr recycling plants are designed either as trough or screw systems and are put into operation where quantities of residual concrete, mortar or screed must be produced in an environmentally-friendly way. In a closed material circuit, the constituents of the produced material are washed out and the process water re-supplied for production.

Liebherr ring-pan mixers are designed around a robust structure and feature state-of-the-art mixing technology. If a good homogeneity of a mix is required within a short mixing time, the Liebherr-mixing technology ring-pan mixer is available featuring one or two mechanically driven whirler arms.

The Liebherr mixing technology twin-shaft mixers are available in two different sizes and are driven by one or two electric motors. The gears are mounted directly onto the shafts, saving space. The robust mixing shafts are counter-rotating.

LRS Recycling System	The Liebherr mixing technology recycling plants are designed either as trough or screw systems and are put into operation everywhere where quantities of residual concrete, mortar or screed must be produced in an environmentally-friendly way. In a closed material circuit, the constituents of the produced material are washed out and the process water re-supplied for production. The LRS recycling system is distinctive due to its compact design. The hardened material from residual concrete is effectively washed out via a screw. The structure of the discharge hopper prevents overfilling of the screw. Special bearings which feature a particular reduction in wear guarantee fault-free operation. Dosing Buffer	If returned concrete of multiple truck mixers have to be discharged, the galvanized dosing buffer is the right solution. Ring Pan Mixer	Liebher ring-pan mixers distinguish themselves by producing the best mix quality and are available with various whirler tools. If a good homogeneity of a mix is required within a short mixing time, the Liebherr-mixing technology ring-pan mixer is available featuring one or two mechanically driven whirler arms. Different agitator tools are available depending on the application.
