BinMaster® Inventory Management Software System

What if my storage product is unlevel, dusty, sticky, or tends to clump?

The BinMaster® 3DLevelScanner™Will Work For You

The 3D Level Scanner is the newest family of devices that takes the guesswork out of measuring the level, volume, and mass of materials inside a silo or open bin. The 3D Level Scanner is a non-contact device that works in environments where other technologies like radar and ultrasonics fail to create a visual map of the material surface in storage and process bins. HOW DOES IT WORK? The 3D Level Scanner employs a 2-dimensional array beam-former to send low frequency pulses and receive echoes to a Digital Signal Processor that analyses the data and generates a 3-dimensional image of the surface that can be displayed on a remote screen.

Bin Master Products offered by Gulf-Atlantic Industrial Equipment:
Aeration

The BinMaster Airbrator combines aeration and vibration to solve even the most difficult material flow applications. Its special design creates a vibration as the air flows between the Airbrator pad's boot and the bin wall. The combination of vibration and aeration provides a very effective flow aid for all types of dry materials.

BinMaster Air Pads are a low-cost solution to many material flow problems. Finely ground dry materials such as flour or cement tend to pack while being stored in bins. When BinMaster Air Pads are installed, low pressure air is directed along the bin walls to ensure a continuous and even flow of material out of the bin
