Admix Dispenser

Badger Meter's Direct Feed Dispenser Systems are designed for use in concrete batch plants or wherever the need is to dispense admixtures directly into the concrete with accurate, reliable and easy operation. Can be built to operate with electric or air supply. Can be interfaced with batch plant panels, or used with semi-automatic controllers. These units are designed to give years of trouble-free performance.

Standard products are available with manual, semi-automatic, or computer interface with 1, 2, 3 or 4-product dispensers. Or specify the number of dispensers to suit your needs.

Applications: Inventory and process control of cold and hot water, oils, fuels, alcohols, HVAC, condensate return, boiler feed, additive dispensing, and fuel consumption.

The RCDL Disc Meter combines the accuracy of positive displacement design with the reliability and economy of nutating disc technology. Well suited for measuring the flow of water and other fluids, hot or cold, this meter can be combined with most Badger® mechanical and electronic accessories for applications from batching to inventory control.

Badger's AC-151 admix control unit is designed for a single unit dispensing system or a direct feed type. Operation includes automatic and manual operation with special features such as indication for zero, fill, complete, discharge, and overfill. This unit also includes remote operation, timed discharge and discharge delay. NEMA 4X rated.

Accurately control up to 4 admixes using automatic or manual operation in a choice of three batch pre-set modes: total ounces, ounces per CWT, or ounces per yard. Specify either U.S. or metric standards. Capabilities include sequence discharging and line empty notification.

Flow Meters

Applications: Industrial liquids, process control, chemical batching, HVAC, water treatment and food processing.

Badger Meter's advanced electromagnetic designs deliver up to 0.25% accuracy. The non-intrusive design virtually eliminates pressure loss. Since there are no moving parts in the flow stream, maintenance is kept to a minimum. A large variety of size configurations and liner materials are available from 1/24" to 54" (DN1.1 - DN1400.) Connections are available in flanged, wafer and 3A approved sanitary fittings. Applications can be found in various industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, pulp and paper, paper mining and water/waste water treatment.

The Model 7500P Magnetic flow meter combines advanced electromagnetic flow metering technology with a simple scaled pulse output capability, designed specifically for your batching application needs. This straight thru flow design with no moving parts, no pressure loss, low maintenance and high accuracy is the ideal choice for the most demanding applications. Accuracy is typically plus/minus 0.5% of reading with plus/minus 0.2% repeatability. The 7500P is available in 1/2", 1", 2", 3" and 4" (DN12 - DN100) sizes with a choice of standard ANSI flanges, PTFE liner and Alloy C electrodes. Stainless steel sanitary 3A approved versions are also available.

Applications: HVAC, process water, and low viscosity fluids such as acids, bases, fuels and solvents.

With its rugged design, the Industrial Turbo Meter can withstand the toughest flow conditions. This meter is ideally suited where continuous service and minimal maintenance are required. It is available in various materials and pressure ratings, and can be combined with Badger's large selection of accessories to suit numerous applications.

The MEASURE RITE Meter is designed for use in the demanding Ready-mix industry and with four different models that will address the quality control gaps that still remain in your process.

The MR1, MR1-R and MR1-P truck mounted units allow accurate tracking of all add-water by the driver.  The MR1-B permits accurate tracking of all Temper and Slump-Rack water usage without the need for an external power supply.

Applications: Batching, inventory control, process transfer, metering of low, medium and high viscosity fluids in chemical and sanitary applications.

Badger Meter's Oscillating Piston meters are highly accurate and the perfect match for food, beverage, chemical and other sanitary applications. The sanitary version is 3A approved. Combine the OP meter with most Badger® mechanical and electronic accessories for applications from batching to inventory control. Easy maintenance through simple replacement of the piston element.

The Model 7500P Electromagnetic Meter was specifically designed to meet the demands of the most rigorous concrete applications. The open meter design eliminates "water hammer" damage and pressure loss. Since there are no moving parts, this meter is even suited for wash-out applications. The amplifier easily connects to the CB-20 Programmable Batch Controller, or your existing plant control system. The Magnetoflow® 7500P is California type approved for water batching and reclaim water metering.

Water Meters

Applications: Petroleum, chemical, fuel management, lubrication, solvents and food products.

The Badger Meter Industrial Oval Gear and Oval Gear Transmitters are designed to function in applications that require an accurate volume dispense measurement in water solutions or any other liquid substance. The handheld's rugged, shock-resistant plastic cover is similar to that used for power tools. It protects the meter from harsh and demanding environments.

Applications: Water softening, water filtration, demineralization, reverse osmosis, and chemical feed systems.

Badger Meter's Water Treatment Flow Systems are specifically designed for commercial and industrial water treatment operations. The system consists of a water flow meter, the RTR electronic pulse transmitter/register and the AR/e electronic controller.
